iPhone App Facebook gets an update
Facebook have released an updated version of the iPhone and iPod Touch app.

Users where hoping that this would be released for the August release, but it ended up not making the cut.
This release (version 3.1) as added push notifications offer a high degree of customisation, allowing users to receive alerts for the following – Messages – Wall Posts – Friend Requests – Friend Confirmations, Photo Tags – Events and Comments.
Use your iPhone to start a conversation with friends, check friends Photos and status updates and upload your Photos from your iPhone.
