iPhone – Apple Wants to Decrease TV Shows Cost

Submitted by Paul Watson on January 26, 2010 – 10:28 pmNo Comment

iPhone 3GS WhiteApple are wanting TV Networks to reduce their prices by halve, standard price to watch TV Shows is $1.99 but Apple are wanting it reduced to $0.99, it is hoped by Apple that reducing the cost it would increase sales dramatically.

It seems that TV Networks do not share the same view as Apple. Apple’s argument to this is the fact that they are only protecting the TV Shows from being plagued even more with illegal downloads.

If Apple can offer cheap downloads this could be a step forward by getting iPhone and iPod Touch users to stay on legal path and watch TV shows for $0.99.
